My recipe I’ve been making for years fries the sausage, melts the cheese(cheddar), adds both to the bowl with 3 cups of Bisquick, mix, roll into balls and bake till golden brown. Funny how many methods are out there. I think all the ones I see since getting our method puts them together without frying or melting.

After I wrote a thank you about an hour ago, I realized that if I can find a downspout diverter that extends a few feet to the corner of the front yard where the rain water pools, the rain water can then go into the faux dry creek during our rainy season. Most of the diverters are very ugly and may need to be hidden with stones that will still allow the water to flow. Where there's a will.....

Thank you for showing how well it controls and diverts the deluge. I love the sound of the rain. I'm a bit ashamed to say that I love rocks and creeks and there is nothing like it or needed where I live, but my plan is to remove the lawn I inherited 8 years ago and replace it with a dry creek running from behind my beautiful Birch tree towards the front, and although it is fake I hope it doesn't really look bizarre. The landscaper has a lot of experience so fingers crossed it will turn out beautiful. We do get a few months of rain, but unless I can figure out how to get the water from the downspout directed towards the mouth of the creek, it will be mostly uneventful except for the beauty of boulders and stones and plants. You gotta refrigerate until it's really firm them thinly slice it against the grain, then back in the juice. Pulled/shredded beef isn't like pulled pork. It'll never be as tender as a real Italian beef sandwich if it's shredded or pulled. I tried it a half dozen times using the shredded then chopped technique and it was always too chewy until I thinly sliced it against the grain.

Have you guys had any issue with algae up the led waterfall itself?

Grilled onions (green peppers, too) are way better than tossing them into the crockpot. The slow cooking makes them lose flavor while the caramelizing enhances the flavor. Also, l like my Italian beef garlicky so l toss in some sliced or crushed garlic cloves.

I appreciate your video, but the cut of beef you selected is better for cooling, and thinly slicing. (Or cooking on low over night). A chuck roast works better for the crock pot. I add precooked chopped onions. Adds a little moisture. I also use ground italian sausage occasionally. OMG, YUM!!Save that spice packet and add to melted butter to brush on top when balls are cooked. AND NEVER DOUBT YOU CAN ADD MORE SAUSAGE !!!

This is how I stay in shape-do it myself. Fortunately, I am on silt and gorgeous river rock. I just have to dig and rinse dirt where I need it, rock where I need it. I really do need some nice boulders-I can't do those. Darn! Looks good!!!
